Unconscious

While Unconscious, your movement rate becomes 0, you can't move or communicate, and you're unaware of your surroundings. You fall Prone and drop anything you're carrying. You can't interact or use actions/reactions other than Breathe Stormlight and Regenerate (if Radiant). If you are a PC, you can choose to regain consciousness at the end of any of your turns or when healed to at least 1 health.
